What’s great about “Who Are You” is that it’s a song about worries of obsolescence–the Who’s great cry of defiance in the face of the punks. And that the band went about this by saying, ‘You know what people really liked? That part in “Won’t Get Fooled Again” when things get really quiet, then get really loud again. Let’s do that…twice.”
